May 7th – May 13th is Mental Health Awareness week.
A number of businesses are donating a portion of their sales that week (and some before that date) to support the fundraising I do for CMHA York and South Simcoe‘s Ride Don’t Hide
All the proceeds will go towards my goal of $20,000 for local youth mental health programs.
Please shop and eat from as many of these businesses as possible, during this fundraiser – and before.

From May 7 – 13th Szilvia will be generously donating $15 from every $30 delicious platter of baked goods sold via Ms. Poppy Seed to Youth Mental Health
She opened her small business last fall Ms. Poppy Seed. Providing bakery services for restaurant and bakeries, making 100{26cfd5a27ee3fbc3951c5ad6abaa12682408af0b7b8aa8e6e76102a8ecdd1c75} homemade European desserts with natural ingredients.
She will create a platter for Mental Awareness Week only! The platter will contain 6 different tea cookies and 7 different flavour cake ( 2 of each).
The platter price is $30 and between May 7th- May 13th she will donate $15 of each plate ordered.
