May 6th – May 12th is Mental Health Awareness week.
A number of businesses are donating a portion of their sales that week (and some before that date) to support the fundraising I do for CMHA York and South Simcoe‘s Mental Health in Motion
All the proceeds will go towards my goal of $20,000 for local youth mental health programs.
