I am an avid fundraiser and enjoy raising money for worthy organizations. From 2005 – 2015, I was a fundraiser for the annual Upper Canada Mall Easter Seals Run founded by Joe Persechini. I had raised close to $40,000 over my 10 years of fundraising for ESO. I really did enjoy working with ESO and providing them with the money so they can continue to Help Kids With Physical Disabilities Succeed.
As of 2015 I have moved onto another organization that is dear to my heart. The Canadian Mental Health Association – York and South Simcoe. They hold an annual ride-a-thon titled Ride Don’t Hide every June. My son and I participated in the 20km ride in June 2014 and will now continue this tradition.
My goal for the June 2017 ride is to raise $20,000. The money that is raised for the ride-a-thon goes towards youth programming in York and South Simcoe as well as their program called MOBYSS – more can be read about it here – www.mobyss.ca
Please help me get to my goal in any way you can. Every donation counts.
